To further strengthen technical talent development and enhance core capabilities in testing and quality control, Fuda Institute of Advanced Materials held a specialized training session on "Metallic Microstructure Analysis and Metallographic Testing" on June 26. More than 80 participants from the company's technical teams and quality departments attended the training.

The session was closely aligned with the Group's current needs in materials R&D and quality improvement. It aimed to help participants develop a systematic understanding of the microstructural characteristics of typical metallic materials and their relationship with manufacturing processes and in-service performance.

The program also focused on standardizing metallographic sample preparation and testing procedures to reduce operator-related testing errors. By improving employees' ability to identify abnormal microstructures and assess defects, the training helped provide a stronger technical foundation for quality improvement, process optimization, and failure analysis.

The training featured an external expert in metallic materials testing and analysis as the instructor. Drawing on extensive experience in both scientific research and hands-on industry practice, the expert delivered a professional course that balanced theoretical knowledge with practical application.

The course covered key topics including the identification of common metallographic defects, quantitative metallographic analysis techniques, mechanical and electrical property testing methods, and phase and composition analysis. Through real-world cases from production and research, the expert explained the relationship between material microstructure and macroscopic performance, while highlighting key control points and operational standards in metallographic sample preparation and testing.

During the interactive session, participants actively raised questions and exchanged ideas with the expert based on practical testing challenges encountered in their daily work, leading to active and engaging discussions.

Participants noted that the training was comprehensive and highly relevant to their work. It deepened their understanding of metallographic testing standards and procedures, while providing valuable guidance for future failure analysis, process optimization, and ongoing product quality improvement.

Looking ahead, Fuda Institute of Advanced Materials will continue to strengthen capability development for key technical roles through Shuren Academy and further optimize its training curriculum. By building a stronger technical talent foundation, the Institute will support the Group's high-quality development and contribute to continued innovation, quality improvement, and operational efficiency.
