Product Description

Silver alloy wire is mainly made of silver alloy as the matrix, with one or more reinforcing phase structures added. Through special processing, it is prepared into silver-based composite materials, which have good electrical conductivity, anti-welding and anti-oxidation properties, and play an important role in electronic devices such as relays.

Ag and FAg exhibit excellent electrical and thermal conductivity, low and stable contact resistance, and strong welding and processing capabilities. By adding a small amount of nickel to silver, FAg significantly refines the material's grain structure. While maintaining nearly the same contact resistance as Ag, FAg offers higher mechanical strength and temperature resistance. As a result, it provides superior resistance to welding damage and arc erosion compared to pure silver.

Our silver alloy wires are corrosion-resistant, multi-purpose, and designed for flawless current distribution across the system. The thickness, current capacity, and alloy composition can be customized as per customer requirements to give tailored solutions for efficient and reliable electrical performance. These wires can be used in various electrical devices to support high current and precision applications with stability and durability.
