Product Description
Fudar Alloy offers a variety of contact assembly processes, utilizing flexible and diverse production methods. Our typical welding and brazing technologies include resistance spot welding, resistance brazing, induction brazing, and electric furnace brazing. We have over 100 automated welding and brazing machines and utilize advanced technologies, such as a 1250KVA inverter resistance welding machine for ACB contact assembly brazing. This high-power equipment is among the most advanced in the domestic low-voltage electrical appliance industry.
Main Technologies
| Materials | Advantages | Customization Capabilities |
| Stamped Contact Assemblies | ① High-precision stamping presses ranging from 25 to 260 tons ② In-die riveting with automatic missing-rivet detection for stable riveting quality ③ In-die threading for fewer production steps and higher efficiency ④ High-speed stamping at 250-500 strokes per minute ⑤ Soundproof press covers for reduced workshop noise and an improved working environment |
Our stamped, welded, and riveted contact assemblies are widely used in contactors, relays, circuit breakers, switches, and temperature controllers. In-house capabilities for automated welding process and equipment development, including contact development, mold development, stamping, machining, and automated welding, to meet diverse product requirements. |
| Welded Contact Assemblies | Resistance Brazing: ① Localized heating with minimal thermal impact and reduced annealing effect ② Simple operation for automated production ③ Stable brazing quality with low sensitivity to external factors ④ High productivity with over 500 points per minute ⑤ Excellent joint quality with a small heat-affected zone and limited deformation ⑥ Low welding cost and energy consumption ⑦ Good working conditions ⑧ Easy mechanization and automation Induction Brazing: ① Fast heating with minimal oxidation and decarburization ② Localized heating ③ Energy-saving and environmentally friendly ④ Uniform heating with precise temperature control ⑤ Suitable for simultaneous welding of multiple parts |
|
| Riveted Contact Assemblies | ① High riveting efficiency, with outputs of approximately 8,000 pieces per 8 hours for manual riveting, 15,000 pieces per 8 hours for automatic riveting, and up to 50,000 pieces per 8 hours for in-die riveting ② Convenient operation with automatic missing-rivet and bottom-dead-center detection, allowing one operator to manage 1 to 3 machines ③ Stable quality through fully integrated in-die stamping, riveting, and blanking |
