Spotlight | Fudar Alloy Selected as a 2025 Model Case for Developing New Quality Productive Forces

Posted on 12/22/2025 by Fudar Offical | Views: 297

Recently, the concept of "new quality productive forces" has garnered widespread attention once again. Fudar Alloy, one of only two companies from Zhejiang Province selected for the All-China Federation of Industry and Commerce 2025 Series of Model Cases on Private Enterprises Developing New Quality Productive Forces, was featured in a special report by Wenzhou Daily.

Since our establishment, Fudar Alloy has remained focused on the specialized field of electrical contact materials, guided by the philosophy of "one meter width, one hundred meters depth"—staying focused while building deep expertise. By strengthening our quality fundamentals, establishing a robust standards-driven management system, maintaining substantial and sustained investment in R&D, and fostering a company-wide culture of quality, we have developed domestically produced alternatives for critical materials and continued to stand out in global competition.

To strengthen our quality fundamentals, Fudar has established a three-tier quality governance model anchored by a Quality & Safety Committee, embedding the principle of "quality is more important than output" into every step of production. We have appointed a Chief Quality Officer, implemented a two-hour rapid-response mechanism, and developed a staged quality roadmap for 2025–2030 to ensure efficient and precise quality management.

Over the past three years, Fudar has invested RMB 200 million in building a smart factory. Powered by 11-core digital systems—including QMS and MES—the facility enables millisecond-level monitoring, real-time early-warning alerts, and end-to-end batch traceability across the full process

By strengthening our standards-driven management system, Fudar enables coordinated progress across the value chain. Since introducing the ISO9002 system in 1999, we have built a comprehensive certification portfolio spanning quality, environment, energy, and automotive management. In response to evolving global environmental compliance requirements, Fudar has led or participated in the development of 52 national, industry, and association standards.

In supply chain management, Fudar introduced a supplier risk-control framework, applying a four-tier evaluation to 199 suppliers and deploying on-site quality support teams to provide guidance. These efforts have helped foster an industry ecosystem built on shared standards and co-governed quality.

The All-China Federation of Industry and Commerce released this list for the first time, and only 60 companies nationwide were selected for the honor.
