From July 2nd to 5th, the newcomers rushed to the Lucheng National Defense Education Base for a four-day and three-night military expansion. When standing in a military posture, they steadfastly hold their ground, maintain strict discipline throughout the formation, and have a strong and powerful aura when fighting military punches, shaping the trainees' awareness of honesty, discipline, and concentration. At the same time, the expansion projects in military training deeply instill the core values of "Fudar People”—the pursuit of excellence and never being satisfied—in the hearts of the participants, who continue to refine and grow through teamwork and self-challenge.
On July 7th, rain falls in torrents, participants embarked on the journey of "retracing Fudar Road”. The first stop is the former site of Fudar's first factory (Longtan Road, Liushi, Yueqing).
Under the explanation of Vice President Huang Qingzhong, everyone learned about the arduous process of Fudar starting from a 400m2 factory and the "five shortages" (lack of funds, lack of equipment, lack of technology, lack of talent, lack of market) in 1994. Walking to the former site of Fudar's second factory on Pingshan Road, the building in the front still maintains its original appearance. Mr. Huang stopped and recounted the past of "3 acres of land generate a production value of 300 million yuan”, the figures of "old Fudar people” fighting day and night came into view.

The new appearance of Fudar today: in the intelligent workshops of the four modern factories: precision operating robotic arms, real-time scheduling digital systems, and intelligent production scenarios attract the attention of participants. From the three small houses to the automated workshop, from the previous technological limitations to breaking through foreign monopolies, "Fudar people” have taken it step by step and embarked on their own path of specialized, refined, and innovative development.
From July 8th to 12th, more than 20 company executives and heads of each business units and functional centers took turns on stage, sharing their experiences and insights with the participants for a total of 40 hours. They rely on their profound work experience, unique management insights, and forward-looking strategic vision to impart knowledge and skills around the company's development history, market positioning, future strategies, as well as personal development and career planning.
The atmosphere on site was lively. All participants took notes conscientiously, and actively interacted, showing a strong desire for knowledge and transforming every sharing into tangible gains.
From July 15th to 26th, in order to deepen the integration of theory and practice, the company conducted a two-week production line rotation practice. Under the guidance of senior mentors, participants came to the production line of the workshop and personally involved in the entire process from raw material screening to precision machining to quality control. By dealing with real production problems, participants have been cultivated with rigorous work discipline and zero defects quality awareness, and have gained insight into the spirit of craftsmanship through the mentor's words and deeds, achieving a transformation from bystanders to inheritors.
Message from the Chairman
On July 28th, at the closing ceremony, Chairman Wang Dawu gave a face-to-face lecture on the theme of "Small Materials Change the Big World". This nearly two-hour sharing coverd the twists and turns and achievements of Fudar in the past 31 years, interpretation of the blueprint and goals of "Centennial Fudar", and experience sharing and guidance for younger generations.

Finally, Chairman Wang Dawu hopes that young people in Wenzhou can continue to improve themselves, aligning their personal growth with the development of the company, and helping to turn the vision of "Centennial Fudar” into reality.
At the closing ceremony, the "Fudar” ship, jointly created by the participants made a brilliant appearance. This ship, features a unique design that symbolizes the specialized, innovative development path of "1 meter width, 100 meters depth.” Chairman Wang struck the sailing gong , representing that the "Fudar” ship will lead the young generation forward together.
In the commendation, Chairman Wang presented awards to the "Excellent participants ", while the senior executives Wei Qinghong presented awards to the "excellent group", fully recognizing their efforts and gains over the past month. At the talent handover ceremony, three senior executives of the company-- Wei Qinghong, Lin Wanhuan , and Chen Lile solemnly took over the participates’ files, which is a solemn commitment to talent cultivation and also carries the company's high attention to talent.
Participants rushed forward and presented customized photo frames. The photo captures the sweat and laughter during the training, showing the gratitude and feedback of the participants to the company's careful cultivation.
At the end of the ceremony, the "Talent Studio" was officially unveiled. Human Resources Director Chen Qiongqiong provided a detailed explanation of the studio's structure and operational mechanism, customizing training programs for graduates, new recruits, and reserve teams, supplemented by bi-monthly class meetings, characteristic team building, and multi-dimensional incentive systems, to clearly plan growth paths for employees at different stages and help them grow rapidly.
