"Shuren Academy" Themed Training Workshop
Internally, supported by the Fuda Institute of Advanced Materials and the Group Technology Center, we have built a high-caliber R&D team of more than 300 professionals—continuously strengthening our foundation for in-house innovation. Through the "Shuren Academy", Fudar provides systematic training to enhance employees' professional capabilities and intellectual property awareness. We have also established an end-to-end IP risk management and compliance framework, creating a strong safeguard for generating and protecting innovation outcomes.

Externally, Fudar partners with leading universities—including Fudan University, The Hong Kong Polytechnic University, and Wenzhou University—focusing on new materials R&D and joint talent development. Together, these partnerships are building a long-term, stable industry–university–research collaboration ecosystem grounded in mutual trust.
Driven by strong internal capabilities and external partnerships, Fudar has continued to deliver breakthroughs in critical processes and product development in new materials. At the same time, we are expanding into high-growth segments—including AI data centers, semiconductor packaging, aerospace, and energy storage—creating new engines to support long-term, sustainable growth.
By the end of 2025, Fudar held a total of 255 patents, including 4 international invention patents, 152 domestic invention patents, and 99 utility model patents. We have also led or participated in the development of 54 national, industry, and association standards—strengthening our core competitiveness through proprietary intellectual property.
This recognition as a National Intellectual Property Demonstration Enterprise is a strong endorsement of Fudar's comprehensive IP capabilities. Building on this milestone, Fudar will continue to live our mission—"Small Materials Change the Big World"—by strengthening our high-value patent portfolio, accelerating the translation of innovation into practical applications, and contributing to China's drive for scientific and technological self-reliance and the construction of a manufacturing powerhouse through continued technology breakthroughs and IP advantages.
