Fuda Receives Two Provincial Honors

Fuda received the Zhejiang Provincial Government Quality Management Innovation Award for its independently developed "1234" perfect alloy quality management model. Separately, Fudar Alloy, a subsidiary of Fuda Group, was awarded Second Prize in the Zhejiang Provincial Trade Secret Awards for its achievements in building a multi-dimensional trade secret compliance and protection system.

These two provincial-level honors recognize Fuda's long-standing efforts in quality management innovation, intellectual property protection, and compliance-based development.

Zhejiang Provincial Quality Management Innovation Award

Established by the Zhejiang Provincial Government and awarded every two years, the Zhejiang Provincial Government Quality Management Innovation Award recognizes enterprises with outstanding performance in quality management, innovation-driven development, and brand building. This year's selection process was highly competitive, involving multiple rounds of rigorous evaluation. Fuda stood out from hundreds of applicants across Zhejiang Province, marking an important milestone in the company's quality management journey.


Since its establishment in 1994, Fuda has remained focused on its core business of electrical contact materials, following a specialized development path of going "One Meter Width, One Hundred Meters Depth". With forward-looking strategic insight, the company introduced the GB/T 19580 National Performance Excellence Model in 2010 and has continuously refined its quality management practices over more than a decade.

By integrating the model with the full value chain of electrical contact materials, covering R&D, production, and delivery, Fuda developed a framework featuring "one core, two focuses, three priorities, and four transformations". This led to the development of Fuda's "1234" perfect alloy quality management model, which strengthens product reliability, innovation capabilities, and customer value creation.


Fuda has also established a "1433" company-wide continuous improvement system to encourage quality innovation among employees at all levels. Over the past three years, the company has implemented more than 300 improvement proposals, generating over RMB 10 million in economic benefits. More than 100 cross-functional QC improvement teams have also been formed to support process optimization and quality issue resolution, helping build a culture of broad participation and continuous improvement.

Digitalization has become another key driver of Fuda's quality management upgrade. The company has built an intelligent digital factory by integrating 11 digital systems, including QMS for quality management and MES for manufacturing execution. These systems enable real-time monitoring, intelligent alerts for production conditions, and full batch-level traceability from raw material incoming inspection to production processing and final delivery.

Based on these capabilities, Fuda has developed a closed-loop quality error-proofing system that integrates software, digital systems, and tooling. This has helped upgrade quality management from reliance on manual checks to a more systematic model supported by technology-enabled prevention and intelligent control.

In technological innovation, Fuda has built an industry-leading innovation platform consisting of "one station, one laboratory, one institute, and two centers". This platform includes a national postdoctoral research workstation, a CNAS-accredited laboratory, a Zhejiang Provincial Key Enterprise Research Institute, a national enterprise technology center, and a provincial engineering research center.

Guided by its R&D priorities of product miniaturization, enhanced performance, environmentally friendly materials, and intelligent manufacturing, Fuda continues to advance key technologies for electrical contact materials and support the high-quality development of the industry.

The systematic upgrade of quality management has also supported the company's business performance. Over the past three years, Fuda's main business revenue has maintained steady growth. Despite an overall downturn in the industry, the company achieved 30% revenue growth in 2025, while overseas business revenue increased by 45% year-on-year. Its export volume also ranked among the leading companies in China's electrical contact materials industry.

Second Prize in the Zhejiang Provincial Trade Secret Awards

Long-term quality-driven development depends on robust protection of intellectual property and trade secrets. Given the technology-intensive nature of the new materials industry and the complexity of confidential business and technical information involved, Fudar Alloy has established a comprehensive trade secret protection system covering four key dimensions: organizational structure, management systems, physical safeguards, and technical safeguards.


At the management level, Fudar has built a three-tier confidentiality management network, with the Confidentiality Committee responsible for overall decision-making, a dedicated Confidentiality Office overseeing implementation, and confidentiality specialists at subsidiaries ensuring execution across operational levels. This structure enables confidentiality requirements to be effectively communicated across the organization and implemented in frontline operations.

At the policy level, the company has issued dedicated guidelines, including the Trade Secret Management System and the Guidelines for Strengthening Trade Secret Protection. These policies support precise control over confidential assets through classification and tiered management.

At the security level, confidential R&D and production areas are protected by tiered access control and AI-enabled security systems. Confidential documents are circulated and archived through encrypted systems and permission-based cloud storage, enabling full-process traceability and helping minimize the risk of information leakage.


With a standardized and replicable confidential asset management model, Fudar Alloy was recognized as a Zhejiang Provincial Demonstration Site for Trade Secret Protection in 2024. This recognition highlights the company's role in setting a benchmark for trade secret protection among specialized and innovative manufacturing enterprises.
