Wang Dawu, Chairman and President of Fuda Alloy, attended the conference with over 60 staff members, including the management team, technical experts, and promising new talents. The conference was chaired by Meng Shan, Vice President and Board Secretary.

At the beginning of the conference, Meng Shan provided a detailed interpretation of Fuda's strategic plan "3+3+3+X+N".
He pointed out that during the 45 years of China's reform and opening up, as well as the 31 years of challenges and growth that Fuda has experienced, the company has transformed from an unknown "small workshop" into a globally recognized industry leader. Fuda's development serves as a microcosm of the revitalization and achievements of the national industry, and it reflects the chairman's commitment to the "Four Thousand Spirits" as well as the formation of the Fuda spirit.
With the national "15th Five-Year Plan" now in its early stages, Fuda stands at a new starting point for high-quality development and urgently needs to complete its strategic transitions. Therefore, he called on all subsidiaries, support platforms, and functional centers to focus on the ambitious goal of becoming a "100 billion yuan strong enterprise and a century-old Fuda," and to work together to contribute even more to this effort.
He stated that, facing the transformation of the materials industry and the rise of the AI wave, Fuda needs to accelerate its transformation and upgrading. The three core pillar industries will continue to strengthen technological and market advantages, providing the company with solid profits, cash flow, and resource guarantees, which will form a strong foundation for the entire strategic system. The three growth industries carry the significant responsibility of transforming innovation into large-scale growth in the short to medium term. They are the driving force behind the company’s breakthroughs in key areas such as new energy and high-end manufacturing.
The three support platforms are tasked with important missions, including international high-end market insight, global expansion, disruptive innovation, and the development of a high-end talent think tank. These platforms will continually provide cutting-edge ideas, advanced technology, and top-tier talent to the entire system. "X" represents forward-looking innovation incubation, focusing on original breakthroughs from concept (0) to implementation (1). "N" symbolizes external mergers and acquisitions, facilitating large-scale expansion from stage one (1) to scale (100).
He concluded that the "3+3+3+X+N” tiered strategic plan serves as both a development guide for Fuda over the next five years and a strong foundation for building long-term competitiveness. This plan aims to move the company towards becoming "a century-old Fuda", hoping to encourage all Fuda employees to unite and work together to create a new chapter in the company's development.

They systematically developed specific ideas to achieve Fuda's strategic goals for 2030, focusing on areas including business layout, improving management efficiency, capital operations, value creation, talent development, and technology synergy. Their positioning was precise, their goals ambitious, and their ideas inspiring.
Wang Dawu, Chairman and President of Fuda
At the conclusion of the meeting, Wang Dawu delivered an important speech. He announced that since the launch of the first round of strategic planning discussions on August 6th, Fuda's "3+3+3+X+N" strategic plan has been initially developed after three months and 12 rounds of meetings.
He emphasized that Fuda is now at a new stage of development, transitioning "from entrepreneurship with innovation to innovation with entrepreneurship," "from sales-driven to research and development-driven," and "from ordinary labor supply to high-quality talent support." The "3+3+3+X+N" tiered strategic layout is highly significant, serving as a bridge between the past and the future. It aims to achieve a highly synergistic integration of internal and external resources, leading to high-quality development through technological innovation. The goal is to successfully meet the strategic objectives set for 2030.
He emphasized that the most important aspects of strategic planning can be summarized in three words: "dream, action, and perseverance." Having a dream entails clarifying strategic positioning, defining strategic goals, and developing a solid strategic plan. Action involves focusing on technology research and development, talent acquisition and development, quality control, and lean management. Perseverance means demonstrating strategic resolve, innovative drive, leadership courage, and fostering a vibrant culture.
The next five years will be a crucial period for Fuda as it seeks to achieve transformation and upgrading, paving the way for high-quality development. All employees at Fuda must unify their thoughts, act in harmony, and work together to progress toward the grand vision of becoming a "100 billion yuan strong enterprise and a century-old Fuda"!
To enhance the effective implementation of strategic tasks, the conference featured ceremonies for signing subsidiary business plans and responsibility agreements related to functional system management. It also included agreements for important matters, the signing of major technology projects, and the establishment and presentation of flags for the leading groups involved in key special projects.
