Chairman's Address
On behalf of the Board of Directors and the management team, Chairman Wang Dawu extended sincere thanks and New Year greetings to all Fuda employees, global partners, investors, and friends from all industries. He also highly praised the management reports, cultural performances, and speeches by award-winning representatives.
He noted that 2025 was a pivotal year for Fuda—one that connected the past and the future while laying the foundation for long-term development. Despite increasingly intense market competition, continued silver-price volatility, and the pressure of deep organizational transformation, all Fuda employees worked together to deliver strong results, complete a number of major initiatives, and write a new chapter in high-quality development. It was also a fitting conclusion to an extraordinary and highly challenging five-year journey.
The chairman emphasized that the height of development comes from the depth of long-term dedication. Looking back over the past five years, Fuda has continued to strengthen our unique competitive advantages, including our position as the only listed company on the Shanghai Stock Exchange main board in its segment, the only national enterprise technology center in the industry, and the only national manufacturing single-champion enterprise in its field, among other distinctive strengths.
In business operations, Fuda has steadily improved both quality and efficiency while expanding deeper into global markets. The company has maintained double-digit revenue growth for consecutive years, gained 77 government honors and 66 customer recognitions, and fully entered the supplier systems of global industry leaders such as Schneider, Siemens, and ABB. Our product competitiveness and brand value have both reached internationally leading levels.
In team building, Fuda has strategically optimized our talent structure and continuously unleashed organizational vitality. The proportion of highly educated and highly skilled talent has risen sharply, with employees holding bachelor's degrees or above increasing to four times the 2021 level. Over the past five years, average employee compensation has increased by more than 20%, allowing more employees to share in the rewards of growth.
In innovation, Fuda has continued to increase R&D investment and accelerate the delivery of innovation achievements. Supported by a talent mechanism that combines selective recruitment with internal development, the company's R&D team has grown to more than 300 people, including 3 senior professor-level engineers and more than 10 senior engineers, forming a strong innovation talent echelon. Fuda has published more than 40 papers, while our authorized patents increased from 81 in 2021 to 253.
In systems and governance, Fuda has comprehensively upgraded our management processes and further strengthened risk control foundations. We have built a modern management system with 382 issued policies, including 230 core systems, and optimized 223 core processes in key areas such as HR management and contract approval. We have also earned titles such as Zhejiang Provincial Trade Secret Protection Demonstration Site and National Intellectual Property Demonstration Enterprise, providing strong support for healthy and stable development.
The Chairman stated that the next five years will be a critical period for Fuda to accelerate transformation and upgrading, break through bottlenecks, reshape competitive advantages, and further define our industry position. It will also be a decisive stage in advancing toward the long-term vision of building a "RMB Hundred-Billion Enterprise, a Century-Strong Fuda".
By 2030, through sustained effort, Fuda Group aims to achieve RMB 30 billion in revenue and become an innovation leader in the global new materials industry. Our core subsidiaries will strive to become market leaders and technology pioneers in their respective fields, together forming a powerful industrial matrix in new materials. Looking ahead, based on the current industrial layout, the Group plans to expand by adding two new "Da" businesses every five years, moving from eight major product series toward eight major industries and building a virtuous, sustainable expansion system.
He stressed that 2026 marks the opening year of Fuda Group's 2030 "3+3+3+X+N” strategic plan and will also be a crucial year in the company's drive toward RMB 10 billion in revenue. Guided by our 2030 strategic goals and centered on the three priorities of group-wide integration, digitalization, and globalization, Fuda will focus on ten key areas: institutional innovation, talent innovation, technological innovation, manufacturing innovation, marketing innovation, digital innovation, financial management innovation, compliance innovation, cultural development, and employee care. Through innovation-driven development and reform-driven momentum, Fuda will continue moving steadily into our next stage of growth.
