Centered on key operational competencies across the full production process of electrical contact materials, the competition includes hands-on events such as contact-rivet manufacturing, stamping die changeover, and quality inspection, alongside written theory assessments. The program is designed to evaluate participants' technical proficiency and overall professional capability comprehensively.
Theory Test (Written Assessment)
In the contact-rivet manufacturing event, participants demonstrated impressive proficiency and control. Working within a tight setup/changeover window, they delivered near-perfect qualification results through precise, consistent operations—bringing to life the craftsmanship mindset of continuous improvement.
At the welding stations, arc flashes marked a strong focus on zero-defect weld quality, while participants also optimized process rhythm to improve throughput—setting a new benchmark that balances both quality and efficiency.
In the quality inspection event, top performers maintained unwavering attention to detail throughout a high-volume, precision-focused workflow, preventing missed inspections and reinforcing a critical quality gate for our products.
Every concentrated moment on the floor reflected the spirit of dedication and excellence—and every intense round of competition turned our values into action: "quality is more important than quantity, brand is more important than profit, and responsibility is more important than benefit."
