As we celebrate the Lantern Festival, we embark on a new journey. On February 12, the Fudar Alloy 2024 Annual Summary & Commendation, 2025 Work Mobilization, and Innovation Acceleration Conference was grandly held. This event reflected on past efforts and achievements while setting the course for a new era of innovation.
Chairman and President Wang Dawu, senior management, and over 1,400 employees attended the conference, along with independent directors and distinguished guests. The event was hosted by Board Secretary and Vice President Meng Shan and was conducted in a hybrid format, combining a main venue with live-streamed sessions for remote participants.

Strategic Blueprint | Fudar Alloy’s 2030 Strategy Released
On behalf of the Board of Directors, Meng Shan presented a comprehensive overview of Fudar Alloy’s 2030 Strategic Plan.
This plan is built around three key pillars: Group Development, Digital Intelligence, and Globalization. The "3+3+3+N" strategic layout was unveiled, outlining a roadmap for organizational synergy and governance enhancement, setting a clear direction for Fudar’s future growth.
The launch of the 2030 Strategic Plan signifies Fudar’s second wave of innovation and entrepreneurship, driven by the ambition of "A Century of Fudar”. The company aims to consolidate its strength through group expansion, push technological boundaries through digital intelligence, and expand its global footprint.
To support this vision, 14 strategic leadership teams have been established for key initiatives such as talent development and corporate culture enhancement. Leaders will adopt innovative thinking, system-based resource coordination, and a results-driven approach to accelerate the plan’s execution.
Vice President Song Linyun and Digitalization Director Wang Fei delivered speeches on management innovation and digital transformation to support the strategy.

- Innovation-Driven Development: Major technological breakthroughs reinforced product competitiveness. Recognized as a Single Champion Enterprise by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, Fudar is transitioning from marketing-driven to R&D-driven growth.
- Talent Empowerment: The workforce structure significantly improved, with new high-level engineers and a thriving campus recruitment program attracting top graduates from over 30 universities.

The evening concluded with a Lantern Festival banquet, featuring a poetry recital by company leaders and employees titled "Marching Forward with Innovation & Excellence”, reaffirming Fudar’s dedication to innovation and quality.
Dynamic musical and dance performances energized the atmosphere, while an exciting lucky draw using creative seed-shaped invitation tickets symbolized hope and prosperity, leaving everyone with cherished memories and renewed enthusiasm for the journey ahead.
